Steve suggested a solution to my new laptop problem that meant I was only without a laptop for a couple of hours and when I turned the new laptop on, everything was EXACTLY the same as the old one (in a good way!) That meant I could go straight back to work without having to reset everything back to what I'm used to. He was really quick and charged a very fair price for a job that would have taken me at least a day and a lot of stress and drama. Can't recommend highly enough!

She was happy to be able to pick her colour and design which made the pc more personalised and it only took a few days to be ready which was amazing. Needed some technical advice, help, and some much needed upgrades, and found 'Steve'. Steve is the nicest most helpful guy you could hope to meet. He phoned me throughout a sunday which in this day and age is very rare. Having answered my questions and been given lots of options and good advice I promptly purchased a new monitor a RAM upgrade and a new graphics card. Today I met Steve at his workshop to delivery my computer. Within a couple of hours only Steve had not only installed everything but done stress tests on my set up, found and deleted some software issues and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the PC. Highly! recommended service and person to work with.

Steve is exceptional at what he does and even better, he can explain technical stuff in an easy to understand way - going the extra mile to set out tutorials / explanations during and after his work. I used Steve to pull off photos from an old computer tower and digital camera, and then from a mountain of old discs I found in the loft! Steve transferred everything onto a new digital back up that I could use in my iPad so I had everything in one place. His service and communication was excellent throughout and his prices really reasonable for the amount of work this took. I would use Steve again and can wholeheartedly recommend him.

I was looking at getting a laptop for life admin and a bit of gaming (sims 4 & minecraft) but didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount on! I got in contact with Steve through Facebook and he was super helpful and patient with me while I looked at the options. Steve serviced and upgraded my Dell laptop increasing the ram to 8GB and replacing the old mechanical 250gb hard drive for a new 512GB super fast ssd drive with latest version of windows 10 and assosicated software. He gave great advice about another laptop I had telling me ‘not to waste any money on it’. Five star service all round. Steve completed the upgrade within days at a great price too. I would definitely recommend him to friends and won’t hesitate to return should I need to.

I was really frustrated with my slow HP laptop. Cornwall Laptop & Computer Repairs looked at it within an hour of contact and returned it later that day. The old internal Hardrive had been removed and put in an external case with usb connectivity. And a bigger hardrive was installed, it’s now absolutely amazing and running extremely fast! I very nearly had a Christmas nightmare. I brought a gaming Pc online and a couple of days before Christmas I tried to download a game I needed on there, which wasn't working. I was recommended to call Steve for help. He talked me though what I needed to do, but we soon realised the PC wasn't what was advertised and wouldn't do the job. I ask Steve to build me one, this was gone 6pm and couple of days before the big day. He ordered the parts some of which weren't due to arrive until Christmas eve. I was amazed he had it all built ready for collection by Christmas eve afternoon. He even installed games I needed on there. My daughter was delighted christmas morning, so was I. It looks amazing and works perfectly. Would 100% recommend. I wish I went there in the first place.

Steve a great guy I bought a 27” Mac. The fan was on all the time. Called Steve. Asked him if he could service the pc. He cleaned the the pc with compressed air applied new heat paste to the cpu and the graphics card. Replaced the old hard drive with new 500gb ssd. Well pleased pc runs great. Thanks Pete

CLACR sorted out 6 year old laptop after the kids downloaded countless malware etc making it incredibly slow is now like new with anti malware installed. Old hard drive removed and new ssd drive installed and all within 24 hours. Old hard drive now used as a backup. Great communication and service.

And was advised to put a ssd in one of them, as was good laptop. I was about to purchase one of his reconditioned laptops anyway. I chose to buy a budget a laptop from steve for my son for xmas, he kindly delivered it all the way to plymouth for me, at no extra cost to me. laptop delivered and received exactly as sold. as I'm no computer geek I expected alot more for what I paid. ( booting and processing speed). I knee my son would not be happy with it so I spoke to steve and highlighted the issues and asked if he could swap it with something more suitable to my requirements. not only did he immediately understand and want to help me out. he offered me a better laptop at a discounted price with no quibble or question. I wanted to get a laptop locally as it's easier to return if there were any issues. My mum gave me her unused Apple Mac desktop and it wouldn’t update, which meant it wouldn’t work and download the many apps I need for my work. Steve warned me that desktops can be hard to get the screen off and fix but lo and behold, this amazing man has restored my computer to full working ability! In fact it’s returned back in a better working capacity than before. He is now servicing and upgrading our laptops, so we don’t have to fork out for new ones. Ideal to keep the older ones going for a bit longer so we don’t add to the tech dumps just yet.
